ALL recordbooks are due by the deadline regardless of completion or competitive.
Late recordbooks WILL NOT be accepted.
Non-Competitive
4-H members should turn in a non-competitive (completion) recordbook if they DO NOT wish to compete at the county contest. This is ideal for members needing to complete a recordbook to meet requirements for projects, officer positions, etc. but are not interested in competing with their books. Recordbooks will still be evaluated for true completion of the book.
Completion recordbooks are required to be TURNED IN with the following:
- Recordbook Label attached to the front (Print Here)
- All required report forms (Download here)
Competitive
4-H members should turn in a competitive recordbook if they DO wish to compete at the county contest with the chance to qualify for district. These recordbooks will be judged at County recordbook judging.
Competitive recordbooks are reacquired to be TURNED IN with the following:
- 3 score sheets (Print Here)
- Recordbook Label attached to the front (Print Here)
- All required report forms (Download Here)
